LUNCH NOTES

Each day Tea Thyme's kitchen staff prepares five entree's using only the freshest ingredients. Expertly prepared salads and our famous soup in the bread bowl are available daily. The following menu selections are a variety of our most popular entree's you may find at Tea Thyme on any given day.

Sadies Salad Supreme

A bed of mixed greens, fresh garden vegetables, hard cooked egg, and a mesquite grilled chicken breast, topped with our raspberry dressing, and served with toasted garlic French Bread. A BIG beautiful salad!

Almond Chicken

A boneless breast of chicken is lightly breaded with crushed almonds, and seasoned bread crumbs. Baked and served with real mashed potatoes, and smothered in a creamy baby Swiss cheese sauce, and served with candied carrots, and our home baked sweet bread.

Stuffed Chicken Breast

A boneless breast of chicken is stuffed with an herb stuffing, celery, and onion, and smothered in a sour cream mushroom sauce. Served with our famous candied carrots, real mashed potatoes, and home baked sweet bread.

Steak Diane

Shredded beef is blended with cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, green onion, and fresh parsley. Baked in our puff pastry, and smothered in a beef burgundy sauce. Served with real mashed potatoes, candied carrots, and home baked dinner roll.

Pecan Chicken

A boneless skinless breast of chicken stuffed with a blend of wild rice, mushrooms, onions, celery and pecans. Smothered in a creamy Swiss cheese sauce. Served with garden blend rice, candied carrots, a homemade cupped salad, and home baked sweet breads.

Beef Tips and Wild Rice

Tender cubes of beef are slowly simmered in a savory brown gravy, with sauteed onions, mushrooms and green peppers, served with garden blend rice. Served with candied carrots and a home baked dinner roll.

Roasted Pork loin Sandwich

Slow roasted pork loin is sliced and served on a soft roll with a side of our cranberry mustard. Served with homemade baked beans, and cheesy hashbrown potatoes.

Lemon Broccoli Chicken

A boneless breast of chicken is lightly breaded with Cherchies lemon dill seasoning, and seasoned bread crumbs. Baked and served over a bed of garden blend rice, and smothered in a creamy lemon dill cheddar cheese sauce. Topped with steamed broccoli and served with candied carrots and our home baked sweet breads.

Melt Away Roasted Beef

Tender slices of beef are slowly roasted and served with mashed potatoes and gravy, candied carrots and a home baked dinner roll.

Ham Puff

Smokey ham is blended with cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, and a spicy brown mustard. Baked in our French puff pastry to a golden brown, and smothered in a creamy cheddar cheese sauce. Topped with steamed broccoli, and served with mashed potatoes, candied carrots, and home baked sweet breads.

Ranch Chicken

A boneless breast of chicken is lightly breaded with seasoned bread crumbs, baked and smothered with a creamy swiss cheese sauce. Then we top it with sauteed onions, mushrooms, and BACON. Served over garden blend rice, candied carrots, and home baked sweet breads.

Seafood Paupette

A delicate white fish is stuffed with a spinach mixture, with bay shrimp, and crab. Baked and served over a bed of garden blend rice, and smothered in a creamy dill sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, candied carots, and our home baked sweet breads.

Seafood Puff

Bay shrimp, and crab meat is blended with sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, pimento, green onion, and garlic. Baked in the puff pastry, to a golden brown, and topped with a creamy Swiss cheese sauce. Served with a garden salad, a cup of soup, and our home baked sweet breads.

Ham And Broccoli Quiche

A unique hash brown crust is filled with an egg mixture with broccoli florettes, smokey ham, and cheddar cheese. Baked to a golden brown, and served with a garden salad, a cup of the soup of the day, and our home baked sweet bread.

Seafood and Asparagus Quiche

A unique hash brown crust is filled with an egg mixture with bay shrimp, crab meat, asparagus and baby Swiss cheese. Baked to a golden brown, and served with a cup of soup, a garden salad, and home baked sweet bread.

Spring Chicken

Tender chunks of all white chicken breast is tossed with a full medley of garden fresh vegetables, carrot, red and green peppers, zucchini, asparagus and broccoli florets. Served warm, with a lite sauce of Parmesan cheese, garlic, and basil, and tossed with bow tie pasta. Served with a salad, and toasted garlic bread.

Italian Wrap

A seasoned flour tortilla shell is filled with delicious salami, smokey ham,oven roasted turkey, mozzarella cheese, red onion, tomato, green olives, and Italian dressing Served with ranch potatoe wedges, a cup of soup, and our home baked sweet breads.

Spinach Salad

Fresh Spinach leaves are topped with a grilled chicken breast, fresh strawberries, red onion, fresh mushrooms, hard boiled egg, seasoned croutons, and tossed with a hot bacon dressing, and served with toasted garlic bread.

Ham And Vegetable Lingunie

Julian strips of smokey ham are tossed with garden fresh zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and a hint of cream. Stir fried with Linguini and served with a salad with raspberry dressing, and toasted garlic french bread.

Chicken Marsala

Boneless breast of chicken is lightly breaded, baked and is served with real mashed potatoes, and smothered in a Marsala wine sauce with fresh mushrooms,sun dried tomatoes, and heavy cream. Served with candied carrots, and a home baked dinner roll.

Chicken Bundle

Shredded chicken breast is blended with cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, garlic, and seasonings, baked in our french puff pastry, and smothered in a creamy Swiss cheese sauce. Served with candied carrots, mashed potatoes, and our home baked sweet breads.

Smoked Applewood Chicken

A boneless chicken is breaded baked, and served over a bed of garden blend rice, and topped with a light sauce with sautéed apples, onion, and bacon. Served with candied carrots, and home baked sweet breads.

A boneless breast of chicken is lightly breaded, baked, and served over garden blend rice. Smothered with a creamy sauce made with spinach and artichoke hearts and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Served with candied carrots and our home baked sweet bread.

Old Fashioned Creamed Chicken

Creamy all white chicken breast is simmered with garden vegetables in a creamy chicken gravy. Served over a warm flakey buttermilk biscuit, and real mashed potatoes. Served with a garden salad with our house dressing raspberry vinagerette.

Southwest Fish Quesdella
